Do I meet the cleaner before the first clean?
Yes, we can arrange for you to meet your cleaner beforehand to ensure they’re the perfect match for your needs.
What if my cleaner is sick?
We’ll notify you immediately and arrange a replacement cleaner to ensure there’s no disruption to your service.
Will I be under contract?
No there is no contractual obligation—so you won’t be stuck paying for services when you don’t need them.
Will I pay booking fees?
Booking fees are only applied to one-off cleans and additional services.
Do I need to be home?
No. Its completely up to you wether you are in or out when we clean your home.
What happens if i'm away?
You can either cancel your booking, reschedule booking, or leave us with a key to continue services while you’re away.
Can I change my cleaner?
If you are unhappy with your cleaner for any reason, you can easily change to a cleaner that better suits you.
Who supplies the products?
We only use our eco-friendly cleaning products.
Do you have insurance
Yes we are fully insured and any unlikely damage will be 100% covered by us.
How do I pay for the service?
Payments will be made on the day of the clean, either by card, cash, or bank transfer.
How do I arrange special requests, changes or cancellations?
Any request or cancelations must be made by email or phone 24 hours before a booking.
